V originále
Recently, the model of DLC dielectric response based on parametrization of density of states (PDOS) was published and successfully employed for the study of structural changes of DLC films. However, certain simplifications were made in this model which influence on determination of optical constants and PI-to-SIGMA ration of DLC films will be discussed in this contribution.
