Abstract

Lecture dealed with Juvenile justice in the Czech criminal law. It informed about the changes in the Czech republic in juvenile justice, system of measures, types of measures and criminal liability for juveniles. Briefly pointed out some specifics in criminal procedure for juveniles offeders.

Přednáška se zabývala trestním soudnictvím nad mládeží v České republice. Informovala o změnách v přístupu k mladistvým, trestní justici, systému sankcí, trestní odpovědnosti mladistvých. Závěrem byl kladen důraz na specifika trestního práva procesního v případě mladistvých pachatelů.
