Abstract

Kapitola se zabývá režimem úpravy ochrany před nečinností, jeho obecnými základy a souvislostmi. Objasńuje vztah k některým principům činnosti správních orgánů, objasňuje podmínky a postup opatření proti nečinnosti. Upozorňuje na navazující úpravu soudní ochrany proti nečinnosti a odpovědnosti za nečinnost.

Abstract (in English)

The chapture deals with the regulation of the protection against administrative inactivity, its borader bases and consequences. Elucidates interrelationship with some fundamental prinicples of administrative law, the conditions and procedures of the provisions against inactivity. Draws attention also to the judicial protection, and to the liability for inactivity.
