N2 - The contribution deals with fulfilling the criteria of efficient administrative proceedings and efficient judicial review in the Czech republic, according to relatively new legal regulations. It elucidates and makes attempt to evaluate review of decisions and remedies in administrative proceedings, review of administrative body decisions within administrative justice, and review by common courts, as a components of a quite complex (procedural) system.
