Abstract
The expresion "acquis communautaire" includes significants body of normative solutions, decision-making principles and purposeful procedures provided by the legal practice in the individual member states of EU. The present article points out how the familiarity with two Austrian decisions could have facilitated and speeded up the decision in a Czech case.

Výraz "acquis communautaire" zahrnuje řadu normativních řešení, rozhodovacáích zásad a účelných postupů poskytovaných právní praxí v jednotlivých členských státech EU. Článek demonstruje, jak znalost dvou rakouských rozhodnutí mohla usnadnit a urychlit rozhodnutí ve sporu řešeném v Česku.
