N2 - There are defined the general limits during which the Czech legal regulation of the labour law operates afterthe adopting of the new Labour Code, that is Act No 262/2006 Sb. In this paper is made the basic analysis of the EU regulation and its implementation into the Czech labour law on the general level. The paper also analyses the legal regulation of the Czech labou law in that parties which are in relation with the EU regulation in the relation to the new Labour Code.
