Abstract
Právo začátku 21. století prochází velkými proměnami formy a obsahu, mění se i právní kultura. Dochází k pluralizaci práva. Překonává se tradiční představa národního normotvůrce a monocentrismu práva a v poledních desetiletích se setkáváme s projevy právního pluralismu a polycentrismem práva.
Abstract (in English)
Law at the beginning of the 21st century changes in its form and content, legal cultures are changing too. The concept of law is becoming relative because of the pluralization of law. Traditional conception of a national law-maker and monocentrism of law has to be considered outdated and we should become aware of the fact of the number of legal systems - legal pluralism and polycentrism of law.
