Abstract
PCR-ready DNA was isolated from different type of cheese using magnetic microspheres P(HEMA-co-EDMA) containing carboxyl groups in the presence of high concentrations of PEG 6000 and NaCl. The quality of extracted DNA was checked by PCR amplification. Species-specific PCR primers PALA4 and PALA14 (targeted on acm A gene encoding N-acetylmuramidase specific to Lactococcus lactis, 1131 bp long PCR products ) were used for the identification of Lactococcus lactis species with success.

DNA v kvalitě vhodné pro PCR byla izolována z různých typů sýrů pomocí magnetického nosiče P(HEMA-co-EDMA) pokrytého karboxylovými skupinami v přítomnosti vysokých koncentrací PEG 6000 a NaCl. Kvalita izolované DNA byla ověřena pomocí PCR. Druhově specifické primery PALA4 a PALA14 (pro amplifikaci acm A genu kódujícího N-acetylmuramidázu specifickou pro Lactococcus lactis, 1131 bp dlouhé PCR produkty ) byly úspěšně použity pro identifikaci druhu Lactococcus lactis.
