Abstract
Direct effect and invocability of EC law before national courts does not create for primary and secondary law serious problems. The situation is different for international treaties belonging to the EC law. According to the ECJ case law the direct effect and invocability is accepted only partly.
Abstract (in Czech)
Přímý účinek a dovolatelnost práva ES před národními soudy nečiní vážné problémy u primárního a sekundárního práva ES. Pokud jde o mezinárodní smlouvy, které jsou součástí ES, je jejich dovolatelnost a přímý účinek akceptována judikaturou ESD jen zčásti.
