Abstract
The paper is focused on the rlationship of customer services offered by co-ops and the access in the retail markets. The goal is to show the advantages from application of customer services and to present situation of customer services at agricultural cooperatives in the Czech Republic. It is used description, analysis and synthesis to realize this paper.
