Abstract
The aim of this paper is to find the gaps of application market orientation. The first part of this paper analyses the factors influence market orientation. The factors are from the external and internal environment and also from business branches of companies. The second part of the paper includes importan knowledge from the second research and one pre-research realized in the Czech Republic. These knowledge show new barriers of using market orientation at firms. We plan to verify these barriers in our recent research project. The research project Research on implementation on market orientation in Hi-Tech Firms is supported by Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (GA 402/07/1493).

Cílem příspěvku je nalézt mezery v aplikaci tržní orientace. První část příspěvku analyzuje faktory ovlivňující tržní orientaci. Tyto faktory jsou rozděleny na externí, oborové a interní. Druhá část obsahuje hlavní poznatky z realizace předvýzkumu v ČR. Tento příspěvek je zpracováván v rámci výzkumného záměru GAČR(GA 402/07/1493).
