Abstract
The aim of this work is optimalization of Saccharomyces cerevisiae D7 utilization for genotoxicity/antimutagenity testing. For testing were standard mutagen 4-N-nitrochinolin-N-oxid (4-NQO) and vegetable extracts used.

Cílem práce je optimalizace využití testovacího kmene Saccharomyces cerevisiae D7 pro testování genotoxických a antimutagenních účinků. Pro testování byl použit standardní mutagen 4-N-nitrochinolin-N-oxid (4-NQO) a rostlinné extrakty.
