Abstract
The aim of this work is to describe and mutually compare the commonly used mehods for evaluating functional brain connectivity, i.e. correlation analysis, principal component analysis and independent component analysis, and for effective connectivity, i.e. psychophysiological interaction and dynamic causal modelling. For this purpose, all approaches are performed on the same data set, and the mutual relationships among these methods are pointed to.
Abstract (in Czech)
Cílem práce je popsat a vzájemně srovnat v současnosti používané metody hodnocení funkční konektivity mozku (korelační analýza, analýza hlavních komponent, analýza nezávislých komponent) a efektivní konektivity (psychofyziologické interakce a dynamické kauzální mnodelování). K tomuto účelu byly všechny postupy realizovány na stejné sadě dat a byly sledovány vzájemné vztahy mezi metodami.
