Abstract
E-learning systems which are commonly based on the web technology are easily integrated into the federations, but videoconference systems which consists of stand alone applications can't be integrated such easily because federations are focused only on web environment. Therefor we introduced design which describes how non-web applications can be integrated into the federations using Public Key Infrastructure technology. In this paper we present an detailed version of the design and discuss how it improves the situation. We also describe a pilot implementation of the framework, we have chosen videoconferences as an example how to use the framework.
