Příspěvek se dotýká srovnání české právní úpravy účasti státního zastupitelství v civilním řízení s právní úpravou typického představitele institutu prokurátorského dozoru, Ruské federace. Zabývání se cizí právní úpravou může být prospěšné pro případnou změnu české právní úpravu, příp. může vyvolat diskusi nad současným stavem.

The contribution deals with the comparison of the present Czech legal regulations of the institute of participation of public prosecutor s office in the civil proceedings with the regulations of the most important country that uses the institute of prosecutor s supervision, Russian Federation. The dealing with the foreign regulations might be useful for eventual changes of legal regulations in the Czech Republic or it might enrich the discussion about these questions.
