In the paper the author deals with the problem of relationships between movement and physical, psychological and social health and differences between human sportsman and human not-sportsman. In connection with these problems attention is paid also to environmental, leisure time and life-style problems. Our healthy existence is conditioned by our struggle for it, our fight against all influences which threaten it. The negative tendencies have global character, their solution is however of a regional problem, resulting from concrete conditions. It is also the problem of education of specialists connected with this problematic.

Autor se v práci zabývá problémem vztahu mezi pohybem a fyzickým, psychickým a sociálním zdravím a rozdíly mezi člověk sportovec a člověk nesportovec. V návaznosti na tyto problémy je pozornost věnována také problémům environmentálním, problémům volného času a životního stylu. Naše zdravá existence je podmíněna zápasem o ni a bojem proti všem vlivům, které ji ohrožují. Negativní tendence mají globální charakter, jejich řešení je však regionální problém, vyplývající z konkrétních podmínek. Je to také problém výchovy specialistů spojených s touto problematikou.
