Abstract

Monografie přináší souhrnný pohled na jednu z kinantropologických disciplin rekreologii. Jde o disciplinu, která byla v minulosti nazývána jako teorie rekreace. V jednotlivých kapitolách je pojednáváno o jejím systémovém zařazení a terminologických problémech, o problematice rekreace z hlediska socio-profesních rolí, volného času, zdraví, životního stylu a jeho optimalizace, i o problémech komunální rekreace a rozdílech v jejím pojetí a realizaci mezi českou republikou a zahraničím.

Abstract (in English)

The monograph brings us a total view of one of the kinanthropological disciplines recreology. It is the discipline, which was called, in the past, theory of recreation. In the single chapters its system enlistment is discussed about and terminological problems are looked at. Recreation questions are regarded from the point of view of socio-professional status, free time (leisure), health, lifestyle and its optimization. The problems of communal recreation are also brought up, including differences in its conception and realization between the Czech Republic and abroad.
