Abstract
Determination of biliary 1-hydroxypyrene as a biomarker of exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in fish sampled around major city agglomeration in the Czech Republic. There were differences among the upstream and downstream sites reflecting also the contamination by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

Stanovení hladin 1-hydroxypyrenu ve žluči ryb jako biomarkeru expozice polycyklickými aromatickými uhlovodíky v řekách kolem významné městské aglomerace v České republice. Byly zjištěny rozdíly mezi jednotlivými lokalitami odrážející různou úroveň kontaminace polycyklickými aromatickými uhlovodíky.
