Abstract

Přednáška seznamuje s pomístními jmény (anoikonymy) na katastru městské části Brno-Líšeň. Materiálové východisko představuje soubor pomístních jmen získaných terénním výzkumem u informátorů různých generací. Ke jménům je připojen výklad postihující jejich motivaci, jazykové zvláštnosti a zasazení do rámce systému pomístních jmen Čech, Moravy a Slezska. V některých případech je tento korpus doplněn excerpcí dokladů pomístních jmen z archivních pramenů. Studie je koncipována jako "virtuální procházka" po Líšni a je doprovázena mapovými výřezy. Přednáška představuje pomístní jména jako bohatství, které je dobré uchovávat i pro příští generace, neboť přináší cenné svědectví o minulosti, a jeho znalost přispívá k spjatosti člověka s místem, v němž žije.

Abstract (in English)

The lecture brings an analysis of anoikonyms (minor place names) on the territory of the Brno-Líšeň district. The material source is a corpus of anoikonyms built on the basis of explorations carried out in Líšeň from respondents belonging to various generations. The names are accompanied by explanations dealing with their motivation, their specific language features and are placed into the system of Czech, Moravian and Silesian anoikonyms. In several cases, the corpus is enlarged by excerpts of place names from archives. The lecture is conceived as a virtual tour of Líšeň, accompanied by references to map sections. The aim of the study is to present anoikonyms as a treasure that should be preserved for future generations, since they bring valuable testimonies about the past - the kind of knowledge that helps to strengthen people s relationship to the place they inhabit.
