| Etymologie názvu balkánské řeky Strymonu (dnes Struma) vychází z Kraheho systému staroevropské hydronymie. Ukazuje morfologickou paralelu ve slovanské hydronymii a její relikty v češtině. |

| The paper deals wiht the etymology of an ancietn Balkan river Strymon, today Struma. The etymology links this river-name with the system of Old-European hydronymy, as described by Krahe. Then we focuse on the existence of etymologically related paralels in Slavic languages and relicts in Czech. |
