Abstract
Aerosol generated by 213 nm laser ablation of compact and Co-sintered tungsten carbides was studied. Measurements by ICP-MS were realized.

Studován byl aerosol generovaný 213 nm laserovou ablací kompaktních a Co-slinutých karbidů wolframu. Provedena byla analytická měření na ICP-MS.
