Abstract
Distribution of elements in fish scales was studied using techniques LA-ICP-MS a synchrotron hard X-ray microfluorescence. For scale visualization hard X-ray micro-radiography was used.

Distribuce prvků v rybích šupinách byla studována pomocí metod LA-ICP-MS a synchrotronové hard X-ray mikrofluorescence. Pro zobrazení šupiny byla použita metoda hard X-ray mikroradiografie.
