Many theories have been presented about how online distance education courses should be designed. The theories rely on new technologies to build new ways of learning. But how many of these theories are actually being put into use? How do teachers design new courses from within an existing system? This paper will examine some of those theories and compare them to the reality in courses that are being taught.

Mnoho teorií byly prezentovány jak online kurzy distančního vzdělávání by měl být určen. Teorií spoléhat na nové technologie pro vybudování nové způsoby učení. Ale kolik z těchto teorií jsou skutečně do provozu? Jak se učitelé navrhování nových kurzů v rámci stávajícího systému? Tento papir bude zkoumat některé z těchto teorií a porovnat je s realitou v kurzech, které jsou vyučovány.
