Abstract

Der Beitrag widmet sich dem Leben und Wirken des bedeutenden tschechischen Germanisten, Prof. PhDr. Zdeněk Masařík, DrSc., zum Anlass seines 80. Geburtstags; es wird seine akademische Laufbahn skiziert, die eng mit der Brünner philosophischen Fakultät verbunden ist; gleichwohl werden die Schwerpunkte seiner international anerkannten Forschungstätigkeit erinnert.

Příspěvek u příležitosti životního jubilea připomíná významnou osobnost české germanistiky, prof. PhDr. Zdeňka Masaříka, DrSc. Připomenuta je jeho akademická dráha těsně spjatá s brněnskou filozofickou fakultou stejně jako nejvýznamnější oblasti jeho mezinárodně uznávané výzkumné činnosti.

Abstract (in English)

The article remembers the live and work of the remarkable Czech philologist prof. PhDr. Zdeňěk Masařík, DrSc., on the occasion of his 80th birthday anniversary. The main points of his academic activities are summarised as well as his internationally renowned research in the fields of German philology.
