Abstract |

V práci je popsáno stanovení mono-, di- a tri-butylcínu ve drěvě, které bylo ošetřeno fungicidem s obsahem tributylcín-oxidu. Dále je zde prezentována metoda použitá k identifikaci těkavých sloučenin selenu, které vznikají při kultivaci selenem obohacených zelených řas (Chlorella, Scenedesmus). K těmto účelům byla použita kombinovaná technika GC-ICP-MS. |

We described a method for determination of mono-, di- and tri-butyltin compounds in wood, which was preserved by tributyltin-oxid based fungicide. Furthermore a method applied to identification of volatile selenium compounds is described. These compounds are formed during cultivation of Se-enriched green algae (Scenedesmus, Chlorella). In this work GC-ICP-MS technique was used for this purpose. |
