Abstract

Pokles ekonomické výkonnosti, který se v České republice projevuje od druhé poloviny loňského roku, má značný vliv nejen na státní rozpočet, ale také na rozpočty krajů, měst a obcí. Pokles se oproti loňskému roku předpokládá především na příjmové stránce rozpočtů, a to zejména v daňových příjmech. Autor se v článku zabývá vývojem územních rozpočtů v roce 2008 s výhledem na očekávanou skutečnost roku 2009.

Abstract (in English)

The decline of economic performance, which is being reflected from the second half of last year in the Czech Republic, has a considerable impact not only for the state budget, but also for budgets of regions, towns and villages. Some decline from last year is expected in revenues of the budget, especially in tax revenues. Author of the article deals with the development of local budgets in 2008 with a view of the expected event of 2009.
