In the study there are analysed conditions and factors of personality formation and restoring through self-management. There is pointed out the trialistic theory of personality, which considers not only a psychosocial level but also a spiritual level embedded in character of a man. A training program of self-management for teachers and tutors is developed on the basis of the author's experience.

Studie analyzuje podmínky formování a obnovování osobnostní integrity pedagoga cestou selfmanagementu. Důraz je kladen na trialistickou teorii osobnosti, která kromě tělesné a psychosociální složky bere v úvahu též složku duchovní zakotvenou v charakteru člověka. Na základě zkušeností autora je nastíněn program kurzů selfmanagementu pro učitele a výchovné pracovníky.
