Abstract
Silica gel C-18 microcolumns modified with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC), ammonium pyrolidine-1-yl-dithiocarbamate (APDC), 2-mercaptoethanole, 3-mercaptopropionic acid, or dithizone were tested for preconcentration of MeHg+ and Hg(II) from river and lake water samples. Recoveries higher than 85% were obtained. Standard addition method was recommended for samples containing higher concentration of Fe3+.

Mikrokolony obsahující silikagel C-18 modifikovaný diethyldithiokarbamátem (DDTC), pyrolidin-1-yl-dithiokarbamátem (APDC), 2-sulfanylethanolem, 3-sulfanylpropionovou kyselinou nebo dithizonem byly testovány pro zkoncentrování MeHg+ a Hg(II) ze vzorků vod řek a rybníků. Byla získána návratnost vyšší než 85%. Metoda přídavku standardu byla doporučena pro vzorky obsahující vyšší obsahy Fe3+.
