V originále

Rok 2008 je rokem v němž na české politické scéně započala diskuse ohledně změny některých volebních systémů. Autorovým záměrem je představit reflexi těchto zamýšlených změn. Úvodem čtenáře obeznamuje s volebními systémy, jejichž změna je navrhována. V další části se věnuje změně prezidentského volebního systému. Následuje pasáž věnovaná volebnímu systému do Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu České republiky. Článek je zakončen krátkým shrnutím.

Year 2008 is the year in which discussion have begun on the Czech political scene regarding changes of some of the electoral systems. The autor`s intention is to offer a reflection on these announced changes. In the introduction readers are acquainted with those electoral systems in which some changes are suggested. In the next part a reflection can be found on the change of the presidential electoral system. This is followed by a passage devoted to the electoral system of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. The article is terminated with a short summary.
