Abstract
The binding of Burkholderia cenocepacia to the epithelials is one of the crucial steps in infection. Among others, lectins play an important role here. Studying of this proces on molecular level has a potential to discover a new sort of drugs.

Vazba Burkholderia cenocepacia na epitelie je jedním z klíčových kroků infekce. Vedle dalších zde hrají důležitou roli lektiny. Studování tohoto procesu na molekulární úrovni má potenciál pro odhalení nové skupiny léčiv.
