Abstract
Our results show that EVLS represents a new, fast, simple and inexpensive electroanalytical tool, which can be used not only for the detection and resolution of adenine and cytosine bases in DNA but also for sensitive detection of changes in its secondary structure.

Naše výsledky ukázaly, že EVLS představuje nový,rychlý, jednoduchý a levný elektroanalytický nástroj, který lze použít nejen pro detekci a rozlišení adeninu a cytosinu v DNA, ale také k citlivé detekci změn v její sekundární struktuře.
