Abstract

The research focuses on the description and comparison of the level of making online friends among different age groups with different demographic characteristics. The cross-sectional data were obtained within the World Internet Project research, which surveyed a representative sample of the Czech population (N = 1,586 respondents aged 12 years or more). The data were collected via a survey using face-to-face interviews in September 2007.

Výzkum je zaměřen na popis a porovnání úrovně online přátelství mezi lidmi z různých věkových skupin a demografických charakteristik. Průřezová data byla získána z „World Internet Project“, který se dotazoval reprezentativního vzorku respondentů české populace (N = 1586, 12 let a starší) v září 2007.
