Abstract

This contribution gives a brief outline of inception, development and integration of independent Health Education field of study into the teaching in Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, Brno, as well as opinions on it. The contribution presents a view of university teachers, students and pedagogues teaching in schools on rightfulness of separation of Health Education field of study. This field permeates through many scientific disciplines (e.g. biology, chemistry, physics), it is also related to physical education and media education. Regardless, it is a separate field of study with its own content and didactics. Teachers engaged in Health Education have to be properly prepared for this responsible work in faculties of education. University teachers should dispose of not only perfect multidisciplinable knowledge, but also should have mastered didactics to address students of either full-time or combined study mode.

Abstract (in Czech)

Příspěvek stručně mapuje vznik, vývoj a začlenění samostatného oboru Výchova ke zdraví do výuky na Pedagogické fakultě MU Brno. a názory na něj. Je zde prezentován pohled vysokoškolských učitelů, studentů a pedagogů z praxe na oprávněnost samostatnosti oboru . Výchova ke zdraví. Tento obor prostupuje mnoha vědními disciplínami (např. biologií, chemií, fyzikou), dotýká se tělesné a mediální výchovy. Přesto však se jedná o zcela samostatný obor s vlastní obsahovou náplní a didaktikou. Učitelé, kteří se mu budou věnovat, musejí být na tento zodpovědný úkol náležitě připravováni na pedagogických fakultách. Vysokoškolští pedagogové by měli disponovat nejen dobrými multidisciplinárními znalostmi, ale být též mistry didaktiky, aby dokázali oslovit jak posluchače prezenční, tak i kombinované formy studia.
