Abstract
Electrochemical methods represent one of the most sensitive tools for detection of proteins. Here, we show that coupling of paramagnetic particles with this type of detection is very convenient for determination on adiponectin.

Elektrochemické metody jsou jedním z nejcitlivějších nástrojů pro detekci proteinů. V této práci jsme ukázali, že spojení tohoto typu detekce s paramagnetickými částicemi je velmi vhodné pro stanovení adiponektinu.
