Abstract

Příspěvek, který má charakter přehledové studie, se zabývá možnostmi hlubší analýzy, měření a případné úpravy vztahů mezi učiteli a ředitelem školy. V první části příspěvku je sledovaná problematika popsána na základě zahraničních teoretických a empirických prací. Zároveň je předloženo několik možných nástrojů a způsobů zjišťování podoby vztahů mezi učiteli a ředitelem. Poté je shrnut stav dané oblasti zkoumání vztahů v naší republice. Hlavním závěrem příspěvku je zjištění, že analyzovaná oblast vztahů na školách je v naší literatuře relativně málo rozpracovaným tématem, kdy je hlavně v oblasti diagnostiky vztahů mezi učiteli a řediteli zřetelně vnímán tento nedostatek.

Abstract (in English)

An overview study, this contribution explores the opportunities for a deeper analysis, measurement, and possible adjustment of the relationship between teachers and the headteachers. In the opening part, the subject matter is described through an outline of several foreign studies, theoretical and empirical. Also, some possible tools and ways of investigation in the forms of teacher-to-headteacher relation are presented. The state of things in Czech Republic is summarized then, ascertaining that this kind of relations still remains largely unexplored in literature, which is seen as a weighty drawback.
