Abstract
We employed 2-DE followed by image analysis and MALDI-TOF-TOF MS to analyze early changes in steady-state protein levels and phosphorylation status of the proteome in cytokinin treated Arabidopsis seedlings. Effects of four principal cytokinins (trans-zeatin, benzylaminopurine, thidiazuron and 6-(Dimethylallylamino)purine) were compared.

V této práci byly sledovány změny proteinového a fosfoproteinového profilu rostliny Arabidopsis v odpovědi na cytokininy pomocí metod 2-DE, analýzou obrazu a MALDI-TOF-TOF MS.
