Abstract
In the present study, two methods for enrichment of tryptic phosphopeptides were described: IMAC and titanium dioxide chromatography. After enrichment procedure the phosphopeptides were analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS. Alpha-casein was used as model phosphoprotein. The methods were applied to protein mixture of Arabidopsis thaliana.

Práce se zabývá použitím obohacovacích technik, jako je IMAC a chromatografie s oxidem titaničitým, při analýze fosfopeptidů pomocí MALDI-TOF MS. Jako modelový fosfoprotein byl použit alfa-kasein. Metody bylo využito i při analýze proteinů z rostliny Arabidopsis.
