Abstract

Ve svém příspěvku se autoři zabývají nejprve obecnými otázkami organizace a postavení orgánů Celní správy v ČR. Svou pozornost následně obrací k procesu připravované reformy celní správy v organizačním i funkčním pojetí. Autoři rovněž představují koncepci sloučení stávajících orgánů do společné Finanční a celní správy.

Abstract (in English)

In their article the authors generally deal with actual questions of organization and position of the Czech Customs administration. They pay their attention to the aim of the Customs administration reform in both the institutional and functional point of view. Authors outline the concept of merger from those subjects into the Financial and Customs Administration.
