Abstract
Expression of CD133 and nestin was examined in tumor tissue taken from patients with osteosarcoma or rhabdomyosarcoma. Co-expression of these markers was conformed also in cell lines derived from the respective tumors.

Exprese nestinu a CD133 byla hodnocena ve vzorcích nádorové tkáně, která byla odebrána pacientům s osteosarkomem nebo rhabdomyosarkomem. Koexprese uvedených markerů byla potvrzena i v buněčných liniích, které byly z těchto nádorů derivovány.
