Abstract

Text si klade za cíl zmapovat problematiku budování sbírek pro zrakově postižené z hlediska legislativy, upozornit na problematická místa a nastínit cestu k řešení.

Abstract (in English)

The article deals with the problem of making accessible documents for visually impaired from legislative point of view. Currently probably every document exists in the electronic format before publication. This article proposes change of legislation with purpose to make access to publications easier for visually impaired.
