V originále

Roku 1675 namaloval malíř Jan Křtitel Spiess vedutu města Brna a připojil k ní text. This text východiskem studie, která v několika částech pojednává o barokním umění ve městě: Raně barokní počátky; barokní urbanismus; útočiště královského úřadu a stavovské zemské desky; theatrum urozených; matka řeholníků; pozdní baroko a osvícenství.

Johann Bapt. Spiess painted 1675 a townscape of Brna and inserted panegyrical text to it. This text became a basis of the paper, which deals with baroque culture in the town in following parts: Early baroque beginnings; the Baroque town planning; refugium of Royal office and of tables of Land; theatrum of the nobles; mother of religious; late Baroque and the Enlightenment.
