Abstract
In the first part of contribution a short survey of hardness measuremen methods is presented. One of main problems of microhardness and nanohardness measurement is Indentation Size Effect (ISE). In the second part there are results of ISE measurements measured for some pure metals. These results are discussed and compared with other authors.
Abstract (in Czech)
V našem příspěvku je stručně uveden přehled a historie metod měření tvrdosti materiálů. Jedním z hlavních současných problémů měření mikrotvrdosti a nanotvrdosti je tzv. Indentation Size Effect (ISE). V článku je tento jev popsán a jsou zde uvedeny výsledky měření ISE na několika čistých kovech. Výsledky jsou diskutovány a srovnány s údaji jiných autorů.
