Abstract

The aim of the paper is to present preliminary results of survey collected in the years 2008/09 among Czech companies. To sheds more light on management perception of reverse logistics, we compared these findings with results of similar survey conducted in 2004. Even though both (ad hoc) surveys differ a bit, some questions overlap and therefore we can learn some facts about the tendency in the Czech business environment.

Příspěvek prezentuje výsledky prvního roku výzkumných prací autora jako součást širšího tématu výzkumného úkolu řešeného týme spoluředitelů a je zaměřen na zmapování dosavadních poznatků řízení zpětných toků na B2B trzích. V České republice není problematika řízení zpětných toků poznávána v takové hloubce, jakou by si zasloužila. Zda ovšem tuto mezeru pociťují i podniky, tj. zda by požadovaly získat určité poznatky týkající se různých aspektů řízení zpětných toků, také není známo. Chybí i statistiky, resp. průzkumy situace řízení zpětných toků v praxi podniků v České republice.
