Abstract

Kniha zachycuje poznatky o procesu sociální integrace, a zejména pak integrace na pracovním trhu, zjištěné prostřednictvím sady více než 250 kvalitativních rozhovorů s přistěhovalci žijícími dlouhodobě v České republice. Různé aspekty procesu integrace do života hostitelské společnosti jsou zpracovány formou dílčích případových studií vzniklých analytickým rozdělením přistěhovalců do skupin dle zemí původu. Každá z těchto případových studií, které představují samostatné kapitoly monografie, věnuje pozornost sociální integraci dané skupiny v různých dimenzích tohoto procesu.

Abstract (in English)

The book captures the knowledge about the process of social integration, and in particular the integration into the labor market, established through a set of more than 250 qualitative interviews with immigrants living long in the Czech Republic. Various aspects of the process of integration into the life of the host society are treated by partial case studies arising from the analytical division of immigrants into groups according to country of origin. Each of these case studies, which are separate chapter of the monograph, pays attention to the social integration of the group in various dimensions of this process.
