Abstract
Necessary and sufficient conditions for the oscillation of the third-order equation with damping term and delay is studied. The existence and asymptotic properties of nonoscillatory solutions are investigated in case the differential operator is oscillatory.

Jsou studovány nutné a dostatečné podmínky oscilace rovnice třetího řádu s tlumícím členem a zpožděním a existence a asymptotické vlastnosti neoscilatorických řešení v případě, že diferenciální operátor je oscilatorický.
