Abstract

Publikace představuje metodickou příručku pro učitele a trenéry plavání, ale i širokou veřejnost, která se o problematiku plavání osob se specifickými potřebami zajímá. Jako vodítko pro práci s postiženým plavcem ji ocení také rodiče postižených dětí. Teoretická část poskytuje základní východiska, ze kterých Halliwickův koncept vychází, popisuje základní principy metody a desetibodový koncept, který je vodítkem pro práci instruktora. Praktická část je pak věnována metodice jednotlivých prvků a nácviku konkrétních dovedností včetně metodické řady.

Abstract (in English)

The publication presents a methodological manual for teachers and trainers of swimming as well as for wide public and those who are interested in swimming of people with specific needs. We also assume that parents of the handicapped children will appreciate this book as a specific guideline. The theoretical part provides the base of the Halliwick Concept and depicts the basic principles of this specific method. The work of a swimming instructor is guided by a 10 points concept. The practical part deals with the methodology of the particular steps and training of specific skills including the methodological sequence.
