Abstract

Efektilní dysfunkce je poměrně častou poruchou, jejíž incidence stoupá výrazně s věkem. Vysoká účinnost při léčbě erektilní dysfunkce, kterou vykazují přípravky založené na inhibici fosfodiesterázy typu 5, svádí někdy k předpisu těchto léků bez dalšího vyšetřování.

Abstract (in English)

Eractile dysfunction is a relatively frequent disorder substantially increasing with age. The high effective treatment of erectile dysfunction by drugs based on inhibition of phosphodiesterases type 5 tempt to prescription of these drugs without careful examination.
