National report about Czech Law Succession in the project "The Perspectives of Europeization of Law of Succession". There are three partners of the project: Kozminski University in Warsaw, Vilnuis University from Lithuania and Turiba Bisneska Austskola from Latvia. Prof. Fryderyk Zoll is the head of the project as a Professor of Kozminski University in Warsaw.
