Abstract
The paper analyzes various legal regimes of creation, editing and publication of so-called grey literature. It focuses namely on specific licensing regimes in the case of school artistic works and employment works with respect to their publication in various open access databases.

Článek se zabývá právními režimy tvorby, zpracování a publikace takzvané šedé literatury. Zaměřuje se především na specifické licenční režimy školních děl a zaměstnaneckých děl ve vztahu k jejich užití v různých typech volně dostupných databází.
