In this study three novel mRNA variants for Odorant binding proteins were identified and their particular products were confirmed on the protein level in saliva and urine of Myodes glareolus. These novel genes are highly similar to hamster Aphrodisin.

V této práci byly na úrovni mRNA identifikovány tři nové varianty genů pro Odorant binding proteiny (OBP) a výskyt jejich příslušných proteinových produktů byl potvrzen v moči a ve slinách norníka rudého (Myodes glareolus).
